Concernant le Brevet n° EP 0 359 593, la Cour d’Appel de Toulouse par un arrêt du 28 avril 2010 réforme partiellement le jugement du Tribunal de Grande Instance de Toulouse du 31 mai 2007 et constate le désistement du titulaire du Brevet de ses demandes d’interdiction de mise en œuvre du procédé breveté, tombé dans le domaine public.
