January 2nd, 2004 Octapharma supports Haemophilia initiative in Saudi Arabia The Octapharma Saudi Arabia team recently participated in the 1st ever national educational meeting for patients and families of persons with haemophilia. The event which took place on Thursday 18th December was organised by the Saudi Haemophilia Association in conjunction with Consultants from King Faisal Specialist Hospital in Riyadh.  The audience heard lectures on all aspects of haemophilia treatment and participated in a highly practical and valuable demonstration of home therapy.Excellent organisation, professional speakers and above all, the opportunity to meet and learn from others in similar circumstances all contributed to the success of the day.
