Optimising Human Potential
The continuing success of Octapharma is achieved by a comparatively small, yet highly effective team.
All members of the Management Board at Octapharma are directly involved in the day to day business management of distinct regions around the world. This close involvement supports accurate business assessments, agile decision-making, and efficient implementation of corporate objectives throughout the company. In addition, the board comprises the top level of an overall flat organisation structure that supports the presentation of innovative initiatives from our highly motivated and talented staff.
The Sales and Marketing Organization is managed internationally by three International Business Managers (IBMs), each of whom is responsible for a particular product line. The IBMs reside in corporate headquarters in Lachen, Switzerland and work collaboratively with a geographically diverse team of senior marketeers who contribute to international initiatives and provide valuable local market experience to the group.
The substantial growth of the past years with the introduction of additional capacity and the acquisition of new subsidiaries is reflected in our increasing number of employees. Today, more than 1640 people are employed by Octapharma in 27 countries.
Octapharma's future success
depends on the potential of its people. We therefore invest heavily in recruiting specialists from universities and industry. Please visit our employment page to view current opporutnities or to submit your CV for future consideration.
