The ability to work with small batches makes Octapharma an ideal partner for small and medium sized self-sufficiency projects. The following criteria are also met:
- Pooled by country of origin.
- Thawing of plasma under controlled conditions.
- Screening for potential virus contamination by NAT (PCR) testing
- Screening for viral markers by ELISA-tests
