International Business Unit Manager Intensive Care and Emergency Medicine (ICEM) (f/m) Lachen

Headquatered in Lachen near Zurich, Switzerland, the Octapharma Group is a leading biopharmaceutical company in the worldwide market for therapeutic human proteins.

We are seeking:
A motivated and skilled person to take over the position of Manager of its International Business Unit for Intensive Care & Emergency Medicine (ICEM) Products. Located in Lachen and reporting directly to the Vice Chairman of the Group, you will

• drive and monitor implementation of ICEM strategic plan
• develop Octapharma's business strategy and related action plan for its ICEM franchise
• represent international marketing in interdisciplinary project teams and drive and monitor cross-functional realization of develpment action plan of the ICEM franchise to ensure execution of activities that lead to the intendend product innovations & approvals, premarketing and marketing activities
• provide strategic development and regulatory rationales leading to regulatory submissions and product/indication approvals in alignment with the ICEM strategy
• define, drive and monitor development of Octapharma's next generation ICEM products
• develop medical and marketing messages, product positioning concepts, publication plans for Octapharma's ICEM products, as well as define the congress strategy

The ideal candidate:
You will have a scientific background such as an university degree in life sciences, preferably in Biology/Medical with at least five years experience in international marketing of pharmaceutical products, good skills in English and be willing to travel.
