Trainee Program

We offer an 18-month trainee program at the corporate level, with local trainee programs at each manufacturing site.

 

Trainees gain "on-the-job" experience in various functions, including:

  • Production 
  • Research & Development 
  • Project Management 
  • Sales & Marketing 
  • Finance 
  • HR

Requirements:

  • Recent university graduates in the field of engineering, business studies, management or similar 
  • Maximum 2 years of working experience (excl. internships) 
  • Professional personality with realistic goals and excellent communication skills 
  • Fluency in English (additional languages a plus) 
  • Flexible team player
