Meet our Trainee - Jia Dong

The reason why I applied for the Corporate Trainee Program is that I want to work within the plasma industry as I believe that the importance of the industry will only increase due to the improved understanding regarding plasma proteins and the challenges it withholds.

 

During the program I was given given the opportunity to practice my skills in leadership, entrepreneurship and communication. Furthermore I have learned to think outside the box, look for new possibilities and ways to indentify, analyze and solve complex issues and problems. This knowledge was gained by participating in different investment projects, working abroad.

 

My most valued experience was that the program enabled me to really understand the “thinking” of the different departments and production sites. I was able to understand the cultural differences and the way it can affect and influence an organization.
