Octapharma AG - Meet our Trainee Maria Bergmann

Ever since the first time I heard about a trainee program, I have been attracted by the concept. So when I saw the ad in the news paper, a trainee program at a pharmaceutical company, it immediately caught my attention.

The program gave me great knowledge about Octapharma as a company. During the course of the program I had various job experiences e.g. working as an operator in the production during the night shift, or participating at steering group meetings to learn more about ongoing projects.

The small projects/assignments I was given gave a deep knowledge and created a large net work of contacts for me with in the Octapharma group. 

This will come well in hand for my future work.
