Developing Our Leaders
We offer a management performance program to sharpen and develop the skills of our managers. The program is in collaboration with Mgruppen, a management development company affiliated with the Ashridge Business School in London.
To identify and develop future managers and key personnel, we have created a Talent Pool Program. The program provides a deeper understanding of Octapharma and its different functions, as well as new knowledge and perspectives on prioritised topics.
The Right Competence
To ensure we have the right person for each job, mandatory working skills are clearly defined during the recruitment process. Employees are encouraged to take charge of their own professional and personal development by attending training courses, transferring between business units and working abroad.
