About Octapharma : Haematology

Octapharma develops and manufactures high-purity coagulation factor concentrates for patients with bleeding disorders.

 

Our haematology products are derived from human plasma and meet the highest standards in terms of safety and efficacy, thereby significantly improving the quality of life for people with such disorders.

 

Octapharma is also currently developing the first commercial recombinant coagulation Factor VIII, which is designed to reduce the overall immunogenic challenge (and resulting inhibitor formation) in patients with haemophilia A.
