The UK government appointed to lead a procurement process to select a manufacturer to provide fractionation and product manufacturing services using UK plasma. Following a highly competitive tendering process, Octapharma was selected in July 2023 to be the sole fractionator for the UK's plasma for medicines programme.

Thanks to the efforts of our Octapharma Plasma USA and Global IT teams, all our plasma donation centers in the USA have been fully operational again since April 25. Our production sites were not impacted by this event, and we have been able to maintain our normal production schedules of our life-saving therapies.
