Octapharma supports the "Get+Involved" campaign and encourages our bleeding disorders community to share their stories.

On April 17, the bleeding disorders community celebrates World Hemophilia Day. There are approximately 400,000 people around the world living with the disease, 75% of whom still do not have access to adequate treatment.

For more than 50 years, the World Federation of Hemophilia has worked to address the imbalance in the treatment of this rare disease and other inherited bleeding disorders around the world. This year, it has launched a campaign to “Get+involved” and help drive the vision of Treatment for All.

Octapharma is proud to support World Hemophilia day and to play an active part in the haemophilia community. We are committed to providing new healthcare solutions to advance human life and to provide patients with the access to the best possible treatment. We also want to give a voice to people in the community. Tadeo, Jannik, Nathan, Edgar, Nikolas, their families and caregivers have told us their stories and shared their hopes for the future. Today, more than ever, we want to make their voices heard.

Watch their stories and learn how they are living their lives to the fullest despite a chronic condition.
