Training

Our Code of Conduct and Compliance Basics training course is mandatory for all employees. Additional training on anti-corruption, anti-bribery and antitrust law is provided to potentially exposed employees as well as to the Board and senior management. Marketing and sales employees also undergo regular training, both online and in-person, on ethical marketing practices and the ethical, legal and regulatory requirements relevant to their work.

Reporting incidents and concerns

Employees are encouraged to raise concerns about any potential misconduct using the Integrity Line, an anonymous whistleblowing system available on our intranet and on the employee app. The Integrity Line complies with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and meets regulatory requirements for whistleblower protection based on the EU Whistleblower Directive.

Addressing corruption and bribery risks

The functions most at risk of corruption and bribery are those that interact with vendors, healthcare providers or government authorities. We have procedures to prevent, detect, and address allegations or incidents of corruption or bribery.
